You can try to write to USCIS, a new G28, whatever, but in the paper filing world of USCIS, Firing an attorney usually don't work unless you change one (hire a new one and the new one get it done for you). Or you withdraw this I-140 and file another one without representation (but I guess you also filed I-485 concurrently so this is not an option).
