小白兔,多謝上次的回答。情況有些緊急,請幫忙再看一下。

I have one 140 pending, despite the other one was denied earlier this week. Now, I am in the process to renew my H1. Currently, my H1 is the 5th year. I can extend my H1 for one more year. It should be no problem. However, our international office tells me they can ask CIS to extend my H1 for 2 more years based on my pending I-140 and this is what they are going to do. Is what they are going to do correct? If their requested were rejected by CIS, would that cause any trouble for my status?

Thank you very much in advance!
