I am here not to discredit Pjiang or other people. As I claimed, I am only trying to correct one of his statements that he used many times to mislead persons who are in real need. It is valuable for Pjiang and other people to answer some basic and routine immigration questions. But as to some legal questions that he does not fully understand, it is really irresponsible to sell out his opinions here.
This is supposed to be a free forum and anyone can express their opinion. People who are in trust of Pjiang are free to take his answers/opinions. My comments on Pjiang's statements are not intended to be read by you. But to people who are more cautious of seeking "free" legal opinions, they would not think my comments as useless.
It does not matter whether I am a lawyer or not in order to express my opinion or action to correct those misleading statements. The facts that you receive frustrated responses from your attorneys should not be an excuse of dodging professional service and seeking "free" but misleading opinions. You should believe there are a lot of good lawyers outside there.
I am not afraid of any personal attacks. But if Pjiang himself, as the moderator of this forum, propelled those people who are throwing bricks on me, it is really unethical.
