請問各位: 我該relink, 還是重新fileI-485

去年7月File I-140NIW &I-485到NSC，I-140已批。下個月想FileEB1-B到德州(我現在屬德州)，請問我是relink好，還是重新fileI-485?聽說德州relink很難?謝謝大家指教。
