Where is explaination of effective date from your paragraph? for example
If AP issue on 10/1/07
use it on 6/10/08 to entry port, so stamp date hand writing as like "until 6/09/09".
AP's effective date issupposed to be" until 6/09/09" not 10/1/08????
Thus, Should I be able to use AP anytime after 10/1/08 until 6/09/09??
so from issue AP issued date 10/01/07 to final date 6/09/09, I have more than one year?
