CBP 在你的 AP 上蓋完章之後，還會手書一個日期，通常是一年為期（同 I-94）。這個日期在下麵會解釋。提醒注意的是，這個日期並不意味著是把你的 AP 的有效期延長了一年。
Where is explaination of effective date ? for example
If AP issue on 10/1/07
use it on 6/10/08 to entry port, so stamp date written as like until 6/09/09.
AP's effective date means until 6/09/09 not 10/1/08????
