請問,485 140 AP EAD都已經收到,現在等排期,何時為孩子申請

請問,我是主申請人,我是第三類優先移民,來自大陸.
我的485 140 AP EAD都已經收到,現在等排期,預計2010年.

預計要等兩年,現在孩子13歲,律師說我兩年後得到綠卡,也可以幫孩子申請,
我請問,孩子也需要從哪個時間開始再排親屬移民期嗎?再能幾年排隊嗎?
難道孩子至少還要等 2+2==4年嗎?
