小白兔,pjiang, help please!

I am in H1B currently. My I140 was approved and I485 is pending. I plan to visit China and use AP to come back.After I come back I will move to another university. My question is:

1.After I use AP, can I still transfer H1B to another university?
2.When I leave USA, I will hand in my latest I-94 ,after I come back to USA I should get another new I-94 number. So when I apply my H1B transfer, which I-94 number should I use? should I give them both old and new I-94 number?
