收到REF通知，可是online status都沒有顯示

我剛剛收到USCIS的信件，要求提供missing evidence.
可是online status沒變，還是隻是說收到我的申請正在處理。
還有之前的finger print也沒有通知，我也是收到信件也知道的
怎麽回事呢？
