1. I recently got the new passport w/o any US visa stamp. So do I need to attach copies of both old and new passports to Form I-131?
- New one

2. Does Chinese customs officer check visa or only AP when leaving China, because my new passport has no previous US visa stamps?

3. Does using AP affect my H1B status? Just wanted to make sure as answers vary.
