what's wrong? Infopass is not reliable!?

請教各位高手 - 情況是這樣的： 上周五去infopass問到我和LD的485被轉到了Local(被對方很認真的告知是早上8點轉並收到的)， 可今天打電話去uscis卻被很肯定的告知case還在中心！！name check 已經clear.

我該相信哪一邊？？
