75% 算 full time 嗎？

老板願意sponsor我的I-140 （EB1B）. 但是我目前在單位是：75%。 這樣可以被單位sponsor嗎？

據老板說：75% is full time.

如果真的需要100%才算full time, 才能被sponsor for green card application，我再找老板談。多謝解答！
