I-485 (including AP & EAD) is only related to you, not your employer. You have to file this kind of application by yourself. Some employers may file I-485 for an employee, but that only means the employer just pay the filing/service fee, and the employee has to sign the Form I-485, not the employer.

It seems your company does not want pay the fee for you. You have to do it by youself.
