問題1：關於遞485孩子年齡的限製
- less than 21 yr with CSPA adjustment

問題2：現我已遞485，如以485的時間為限，三年後她已過21，我還能為她遞485嗎？
- depends on her then actual age minus length of your I-140 pendency
