請問我們如何拿到這筆錢

我和老公給國內的一個公司和美國的一個公司搭線做成了一筆生意。他們有一筆中介費用要給我們。我先生是H1B身份，我是H4的身份，請教有經驗的朋友們，我們如何能合理地拿到這筆錢？萬分感謝！
