07年6月H1延期三年批準，今年2月份換了另一所大學工作至今，H1B tranfer1月15日
收到receipt，在vermont中心，現無消息，是否正常?是否有240天的期限?如過了期限
還沒有消息怎麽辦?請教大家。多謝!
