奇怪的140 和485 处理进度

一直在查各中心處理的進度。發現處理進度很奇怪∶

我去年12月遞交的140到Texas，一直留意Texas 的140處理進度，所以以此為例。

April 15 更新的進度表明∶Texas Center各類140已經處理到July, 20, 2007
May 15 更新的進度表明∶ Texas Center各類140已經處理到Aug, 23, 2007
June 15 更新的進度表明∶ Texas Center 各類140又退回到 July 20, 2007

請問這是怎末一回事？
