Why do you bother to do that?

（1）如果她還沒學完，可以申請F1延期嗎？
If an alien filed AOS, he or she is no longer in F-1 status. If applying for F-1, AOS may be jeopardized.

（2）她可以申請OPT嗎？是不是會被拒？
Since the alien is in AOS, she should use EAD to work.

（3）如果上麵兩項都不行，我準備幫她申請O2？（請問到底O1的親屬是O2還是O3）
O-2 Visa Support for O-1, such as an alien who would accompany O-1 to assist.

O-3 Visa Family of O-1 or O-2: Spouse or child of O-1 or O-2

In theory, she shall be classified as O-3.

（4）現在申請O2晚嗎？她的F1到期還有不到2個月。是不是隻要在她的F1到期之前拿到receipt就行。能加急嗎？有加急嗎？
Why she need an O3?

（5）她從F1轉O2是不是隻需要填539，還有她的材料和我的材料，誰能給個list，我們可以自己辦嗎？
