Finally, greened! All 3 of my family ! Details inside.

My case is EB3, PD Jan.2003. Labor approved in 2006 from Phil.BEC. I-140 filed May 2006 and got denied in May 2007 because of my attorney's mistake( put me in the wrong catogory). In June 2007,I-140&I-485 filed together to NSC. I-140 got approved Apirl 16th,2008. Then I-485 became available. My attorney sent a letter to NSC to urge to process my case since both dates(processing dates and PD Jan.2003 for EB3) are current. In May 13th,2008, I got RFEs for both mine and my hu*****and's. The RFEs are missing info in G325 forms. In May 28th,2008, RFEs received by NSC. Then I got the news about Unavailable for all the EB3 in July. I checked with my attorney and asked for the advise. He sent a letter to NSC to urge NSC to grant my case this month since 30 days passed for the processing date( my I-485 received 6/7/2007, the NSC processing date is 7/14/2007). He also expressed our concern about the unavailable for the next Month EB3. This letter was sent out last Friday. Yesterday I accidently read about the POJ method to talk to INS directly. I searched this website and followed the instructions to call the INS. Fortunately I got to talk to one of the representative( may I/O officer) and repeat the concerns my attorney wrote in the letter. She seemed a nice lady and told me my case should be taken care of within a couple of weeks. I confirmed that Can I get approval by the end of June? She told me she is looking for that date.
Then she told me" make sure your name is in your mail box so that our delivery can reach you!" I took that as a good hint since my last name is different from my hu*****and's and my son's. This morning, I got 3 emails for 3 of my family and it said: Card has ordered......

I am so glad my case finally got approved. We have been in U.S for over 10 years. The whole process of green card took almost 6 years. I got lots of comfort and encouragement from this webiste.
