1. how was your performace at work after you joined? was it because they expected too much of you? This could happen. Our group recruited one guy who was deemed highly by all of us during the interview,however his performace at work was really disappointing and he had to quit.

2. even though you hold grudge against your company regarding the GC, you still need to deliver a reasonable performance at work (not working, using 8 hours/day for all personal stuff doesn't seem right to you).
