I am still confused with my H4->F1. My hu*****and just submitted I140 based on PERM EB2. For the following three questions, Do I need answer "YES"?
3a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?

I am not . What's the any other person included on the application???

3b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
(in I-539, there is only my NAME, right? I am only H4 holders and did not apply for I140 but my hu*****and sent his I-140, which is not me) Please help!!!

3c. Has a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, ever been filed by you or by any other person included in this application?
