Have you got H-1B processed

Even though TSC has already processed H-1 with receipt notice date of May 6, 2004, I haven't heard of mine (my receipt notice is April 28, regular, initial application). Is this normal? I don't have a lawyer.
if you got yours recently, could you share some info.
