請問小白兔和PIJIANG, H4 got the Graduate Assistantship. H4->F1 or not?

Dear 小白兔和PIJIANG, other teachers,

Currently, I have the H4 status and study in the university(master program). I got a graduate assistantship with tuition waived and stipends. My university gave the in-state tuitions for H4 holders. I wonder if I should transfer my H4 to F1 to get the Stipends and Tuition waived. If I do not change my status, Can I get my tuition and stipends??? Thanks!

If I need to transfer my H4 to F1, how long it will take? the fall semester will start at the end of August. Thank you very much!!!
