relink successfully, 485 approved (NSC)

11/2006 EB1a 140 RD, 12/2007 EB1a 140 RFE, 02/2008 EB1a AP
請求 relink 02/2008, 打過無數電話，inforpass多次，無任何消息，485 也沒有 update。 04/2008， 收到 NIW 140 RFE, 寄給我一個選項表格，讓我 withdraw NIW 140, 很快一選撤銷就寄回去了，485 也一直沒有 update，也沒有鋸掉。
06/11/2008，收到email關於 welcoming the new permanent resident, and card production ordered.

奇怪的是 06/13/2008，收到 email 說，approved noticed mailed. 說我的485 已經批了，不知道為什麽要有這樣的通知。

對了，我的所有cases都在NSC.
