Questions re "same or similar occupational calssification" - ple

Trying to change job from "senior auditor in Public CPA Firm" to "seniro auditor in Government Agency"

Obviously, both positions belong to the same SOC code. However, BLS' website says "Specific job duties vary widely among the four major fields of accounting and auditing: public, management, government accounting, and internal auditing."

My questions are:

1) Will jobs in different field but under the same SOC code be considered "same or similar occupational classification" in changing job after 180days

2) Can I take the offer of the position of "audit supervisor" if my position on I140 is "senior auditor"?
