You even don't need a MD

to find a job. It should be easy to find a technician job since it is not highly paid. But the Bachelor of Medicine do equal to the MD degree. There are some evluation company can do it for you. With that, you are even eligble to find a post doc job. I came from China 4 years ago to work as a post doc just on a medical bachelor from china. You can also apply for green card, not only NIW. I feel EB-1B is the best.
Lots of people here just envy the advantage of the medical student, but it does work. I even know 3-4 faculties here who just have a B of Med degree from china. Don't listen to the rumor. Be confident.
