請問Pjiang老師等高手...著急在線等....

我是H4轉的H1, 現在485pending, 請問我這種情況是不是也符合去加拿大旅遊的30日免簽的規定呢, 還是說必須要申請AP才可以回來?還有就是我孩子有美國護照, 從加拿大一起回來的時候, 他不用申請任何簽證了吧, 我的理解對嗎??
很著急, 等各位高手給我消息, 我好定機票...多謝了!!!
