也很關心這個問題，做了一點research:

'I-485 is deemed to be yours and not employer's filing. So emploer cannot withdraw a I-485. employer can withdraw a I-140 after you leave, but regardless if they withdraw or not, you can still use it as long as you have a copy of approved document.'
