不是綠卡的主申請人，H1持有者申請140和485時

需要pay stubs嗎？

我和老公都是H1, 老公在申請勞工卡，如果拿到後，準備由他為主申請人我和他一起申請140和485。

現在的問題是，我雖是H1被一家consulting公司雇用，但最近卻處於bench time, 公司給保持H1，卻不給工資。不知道什麽時候才能找到下一個工作給發工資。如果趕上我要和老公一起申請140和485時我還是沒有收入的話會不會有麻煩？需要pay stubs嗎？
