問：
放棄H1-B一定要中止GC嗎？

打算轉回國工作一段時間，還在同一家美國公司。但是因為薪水不同也不從美國領，所以H-1B要取消。
GC情況如下：
EB2
LCA June 2006
I-140 Sept 2006
I-485 submitted July 2007; pending / waiting for quota
EAD/AP in hand

好像隻要一年後還回美國工作，GC可以不取消。
但是又說GC申請Based on H-1B salary.
If H1-B is cancelled and salary changes, then GC is no longer valid. Therefore GC has to be cancelled.

Is there anyone has any idea about the GC status after H1-B cancellation? Thanks in advance.
