Pijang and other experters, Letter of REF for I-485 returned

REF Letter for mine I-485 was sent to lawyer office recently, but the REF Letters for my family's I-485 were returned to USCIS. My lawyer moved to new office several months ago. I guess this is the resson of undelieving.

I am concerning if I need to ask lawyer to call USCIS to update their address, or I directly call USCIS to ask them to mail the REF letters to my home address, Please give me suggests. Lawyer (American) not kind at all, never reply my e-mail, and when I call him, his attitude bad.

Another issue: REF asks I-693. I did medical examination in Aug, 2007. But in the REF letter, it ask to use the I-693 form as of 4/2/2008. do I have to go to clinic to re-do medical examination? please give me suggestion,
