hat is the reason for I485 denial? If it is because you are inadmissible, you won't get visa either.
答: 應該不是因為INADMISSIBLE；是由於主申請被拒，從而副申請被拒。另，什麽叫做INADMISSIBLE啊？我自從上次進入美國，在美國的身份就算有OUT OF STATUS，也不超過180天（我很肯定）。謝謝！

Also, what year of H1 approval? FFY2009 cap H1 or other? You can go to visa interview and reenter ASAP unless it's FY2009 cap. No I-824 needed. Again, if you were deemed inadmissible, no need to try H1, but should use waiver and hardship reason to get GC.
