回複：請教：AP有效期

Your friend needs to renew her AP if she wants to go back to China on Oct. because her current AP will expire on July 11, 2008. "PAROLED PURSYANT TO SEC. 212(d)(5) OF I&N ACT. PAROLED until: 20 Jan. 2009" means her status in U.S. as parolee until 20 Jan. 2009, just like F-1 visa and F-1 status are different concepts.
