申請EAD的難題, 請問小白兔和PJ.

LD打算申請EAD樂。Category: EB-1a.我們的485從texas center 轉到了National Benefit Center，然後轉到了local office at San Francisco。現在網上狀態是pending at the local office. 請問如果申請EAD，可以在網上申請嗎？網上申請是否需要去National Benefit Center 去申請？還是應該到去local office。大概需要多久？．打算八月初使用EAD．非常感謝．
