I could be wrong, this is my understanding of SOC code:
SOC code usually is determined by job title. For job change, the same or similar field is determined by job responsibility, but not the job title or SOC code.
You may find SOC code from your I-140 application.
If you have your Labor Certificate application and I-140 application copie, you may find the job duties from: 1). Your I-140 application Part 6 Item 3 – Nontechnical Deion of Job; 2). Labor Certificate ETA 750 Part A Item 13 – Describe Fully the job to be performed (Duties) and ETA 750 Part B Item 12 – Additional Qualifications and Skills. Usually your employer keeps this information. You may want to try your lawyer to see if she/he can provide this information to you if you want to change the job under AC21.
My two cents, hopefully this can help you a little bit.
