非常感謝小白兔！！申請K3還需要G-325A嗎？I-129F可代替嗎？

男方是美國公民
女方和小孩在國內（都沒來過美國），女方是男方的配偶，不是未婚妻。
男方為了女方及小孩來美國，申請I130+K3(配偶)+K4（為小孩），還需要G-325A嗎（我聽說的）？另外，I-129F可代替G-325A嗎？
