H1B延期申請-Please help!!!!

我的H1B明年1月就要到期(3年)什麽時候開始提出H1B延期申請?怎麽辦啊?是否需要
通過律師辦理?收費是多少?我們的485已遞交(去年7月)，排期遙遙，是否需啟動EAD卡? 多謝回答!
