公民給父母申請綠卡

我是2007年初給父母申請的綠卡，所有的材料一起寄出去的，綠卡是三個月以後收到。
和材料一起我還寄了一個清單。下麵是我父親的那份：

- G-325A Biographic Data Sheet
- Form I-693, sealed Medical Examination Sheet
- Form I-864 Affidavit of Support
- Form I-864 support docs: Tax return, Employment letter of My Name
- Form I-94, Arrival Departure Record
- Copy of my father's birth certificate
- Copy of my father's passport, including the page with nonimmigrant visa
