We have been waiting for almost 2 years (Eb-1a) and the name check was clear at the end of last year. Go to inforpass and call USCIS many many times, ask help from senator, no help at all. Go to inforpass again this morning and we were told to write to the service center directly. The officer said the only thing we can do is to keep bothering the service center until they pay attention to your case.
