me and my ex-hu*****and both applied Green Card for our son. last year, my son used the A.P. which his father applied for him re-entered U.S. and he got a new I-94 with A.P. status. This yesr, I applied H4 for my son and used the I-94 number with A.P. status.

Does this mean my son's appending I-485 status with his ended

and my son's status chanegd to H4,

which no longer depending on his father's G.C. application?
- Y, while his GC application is still valid, which is separate from H-4 status

Also, my son and I will go to Canada landing and come back using H1B and H4, we both has A.P. but we do not want to use. Do our appending status change if we use H1B and H4 re-enter U.S.?

last, we just want to landing Canada and come back U.S.in few hours. Somebody told me I still need to pay tax at end of the year even I do not live there , is it true? Should I apply SIN, and P.R. card?
