There is no receipt for I-140 or whatsoever, I only have the let

for the interview notice and the name of the officer. Today I went back to the local office, and another lady checked the system and showed me the the screen: it is indeed approved on Jan 30 and the approval notice was sent on the same day. So I don't know what can be the evidence?
