your last company might want you back if you did a good job and was valuable to them. And if your previous H1 used a cap number, you should let people know that. because you can start immediately once new company submit application.
不是H-4就隻能在選擇回學校念書啊
if you already have graduate degree and no status problem, why do you want to spend >$10K going back school? Find a professional job and employer might even pay for your tuition.
