485 pending without H1 is deportable

今天跟律師談了一下.原因是我485 pending已經超過半年,問是否可以轉工作用EAD.
她的回答大部分跟版上的意見是一樣的,similar or same position.
多了一條新的:她說從幾個月以前,有了新的對485 pending的解釋:485 pending without H1b is deportable.
她說這是STUPID的,YET SCARY.她是第一次見到用這樣的詞來形容485 pending without H1b, 強烈建議我仍然擁有H1作為最保險的方法.
不知道大家有什麽看法.謝謝.
