Experts, urgent help please about status

I140 aproved, I485 pending for more than 180 days (The PD day is Jan 2007). Got an offer from the No 1 company in my field, but need to take 2-4 months to get the export license. If I quit the job now(so the company will terminate the H1-B in 30 days), can I legally stay in USA and go to the new company after getting the export license?
