Hi teacher Pjiang,

I have used AP this year, but I haven't used EAD. When I came back from China, the officer put "AOS"on my I-94,

So what class of Admission I should put in my AP/EAD renew? Parolee or AOS?

如果使用了 AP 入境，你的 "Class of Admission" 或 "Manner of Last Entry" 通通都是 I-94 上的 "Parolee".
除非在境內轉成了 H-1/4，你的 "Current USCIS Status" 也是 "Parolee".

當你是 H-1/4 入境，雖然用了 EAD，"Current USCIS Status" 還是依 I-94 上填。讓移民局來定你的 AOS，不要擅自奪權。
