HELP Please - I-130 payment postal money order good?

send I-130 applications for parents for 6 months and haven't heard anything. wonder if it is payment issue - send payment with money order issued by postal office. CIS website says "check or money order drawn on a bank of other ifnancial institution" - do they accept money order by postal office? Thanks a lot!
