Urgent!! Pls help on two AP renew questions.

AP renew question
1. What's the money order payable to, USCIS or DHS?
Official I-131 instruction says:"payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security". However, AP concurrent filed with I485 money order paid to USCIS.

2. Pijiang's blog mentioned to attached I-797 Approval Notice copy. That's H1B approval notice right?
