Suggestions please ---for a PERM case that is stuck

i filed perm in mid Feb with Chicago, so far no news

And also, company lawyer told me my case will be transferred to Atlanta
center due to the new policy if by 6/1, there is still no approval.

I felt it's taking enormous amount of time for my case with Chicago center.
However, during the whole 3.5months, the company lawyer refused to check,
and they didn't even let me know the case #. I seriously doubt if anything
is wrong with my case.

Anybody got the similar experience, how can we push for this kind of
situation? How can we check case status if we don't know the case #?:(
