回複：NSC EB1b收到RFE求助

Is the officer #653? I got similar RFE from her. We have included everything in the original submission, but she still requests them. How my lawyer responded was:1. more independent letters from people who cited your paper, or applied your research on their own work. 2.a good cover letter list the most solid catigories that you can fit (2 is enough for EB1b, don't try to fit in all of them.) 3.Citation report printed from web of science and google scholar website directly. 4. Several papers that cited your paper and described your work in a nice way (not just a normal cite). Good luck.
