總算TMD的綠了

EB2 RIR
Labor Cert. submitted 10/2004 (PD), approved 8/2007
Submitted 140 and 485 together, RD 11/9/2007.
I-140 approved on 1/16/2008. (Immigration made a mistake and made my PD 10/2003 instead of 10/2004)
I-485 approved on 5/27/2008 (card ordered, obviously they did not found out their mistake about my PD)

I had some troubles in the middle. In 5/2007, Labor Dept. sent me a mail and question my EB2, they said my job not need Master degree and I was not qualify for EB2; so my choice was to downgrade to EB3, that's what my lawyer said. But I insist to keep on EB2, and submitted some documents to support that. After 3 months, i got my labor cert. of EB2. Sometimes lawyers want to play safe. But it's my case, I had to take risk and be aggressive.

Keep praying and good luck to everyone. Also, best wish to those who have not green yet. I just believe things will getting a little bit better every day. Thanks to Pjiang, xiaobaitu, and all others who put lots of efforts and time, and wisdom in this forum. Love you guys.
